To immerse ourselves in life, we can begin with the Sacral Chakra. This is the place of creativity, healing, and sexuality; it is the place where we discover our fear and learn how to work through the dark waters of our unconscious.
The Sacral Chakra develops between the ages of 5-12 years old. The Sacral Chakra is known as "Svadhishthana" in Sanskrit. Svadhishthana's approximate translation is, “where your being is established.” The Sacral Chakra is also known as the place of self -worth.
This program was created to be inspiring, gentle and paced for your lifestyle. Complete with loving self-inquiry, exercises, joyful empowerment and fun discovery; I have also infused it with an abundance of love and compassion for all the courage you have to create a meaningful life.

This is a Self-Study Course from the comfort of your own home, accessed by using the internet.

You will get access to the program online, on this website.

Each module contains information and self-study exercises for the week. Each module is set up for you to do sequentially as each week builds upon on the previous week's lessons.

You can take 7 to 14 days to complete each week's activities. This helps you manage your time in the way that's best for you.

You'll get 6 Weeks of Guidance. The remaining time is for flexing your creative skills, full completion of activities, and time for integration.

The program is designed to take up to 8 weeks to complete the program but have access to the program for a full year from your start date.
