Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy
DISCLAIMER: Our mission is to provide services that holistically guide the individual. However, we do not make any guarantees about the experience that you, the client, may have. After the service session, if you are unsatisfied with the services provided please contact Spiral Journey. We are happy to speak with you to discuss your options.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SERVICES:
If you need to cancel your service appointment, you may reschedule it to another date with no loss of payment if you cancel more than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS:
If you need to cancel your event spot, here are the conditions:
30 days or more prior to event start date receive a 90% refund of total amount paid
29 to 8 days prior to event start date receive a 60% refund of total amount paid
Less thank 7 days notice, no refunds will be given. However, you may request to have your payment moved to a future event. Must be used within 6 months of cancellation notice date.
All sales for session services are final. From time to time, we will make exceptions to this refund policy in certain emergency circumstances, on a case-by-case basis; please inquire.
