The goddess in you, also known as the Divine Feminine, is a vast and loving source of insight and abundance. She is a magical, mystical and vibrant essence within you. She is also the light and the shadow, showing us the way to integrate these integral dualistic parts of ourselves, teaching us that our life is more balanced when our light and shadow aspects are both embraced. When we strengthen our inner connections we can trust ourselves, feel more balanced, and feel more positive and powerful every day in creating a life we truly love.

 

We seek connection with her so we may live a soul-grounded, heart-centered life that is vibrant and full of abundant opportunities, especially ones we may not have previously considered. When we lose connection with her, we live a life that is not aligned with our soul purpose. We may feel disconnected from our true source of wisdom; we may feel confused or lost at times, stressed out, and probably throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks when we're trying to manifest abundance in our lives. The goddess is often believed to be centered in the heart and the heart is essential to manifestation so, this is where we'll focus our intentions. The heart chakra is known as "anahata chakra" in Sanskrit. Anahata's approximate translation is, “unhurt.” The heart chakra is known as the center of compassion, empathy, love, and forgiveness. This program was created to be inspiring and gentle with loving self inquiry and exercises, joyful empowerment and fun discovery; infused with an abundance of love and compassion.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

• This is a Self-Study Course from the comfort of your own home, accessed by using the internet.

• You will receive one email week for the first four weeks on Friday night (so you can begin on the weekend) containing information and self-study exercises for that week. Each week after the first builds on the previous week's lessons. 

• You can take 7 to 14 days to complete each week's activities. This helps you manage your time in a way that's best for you. 

• You'll get 4 Weeks of Guidance. The remaining time is for flexing your creative skills, completion of activities and integration. 

• You have up to 8 weeks to complete the program.
