Spiritual healing is the experiential practice of harmonizing, balancing, and restoring ourselves back to a state of wholeness.

Soul Alchemy
These programs help us to discover and develop mastery of what's referred to as Soul Alchemy. So, what is it?
Soul Alchemy is the philosophy that we can achieve greater contentment, harmony, and awareness by liberating our essence from our perceived understanding of who we are. It uses the metaphor of Alchemy to explain the different stages our soul goes through. Spiral Soul Alchemy uses the spiritual components of self-love, surrendering to what is, and sacred ceremony as the different lenses through which we see ourselves and our lives. We can transmute what no longer serves us into the precious gold of the soul.
Remembering Your Sacredness
Sacred Ceremony helps us to remember our sacredness. It becomes the vehicle to reestablishing connection with Divinity through various spiritual traditions, as has been done for thousands of years. Through ceremony, we are intentionally making a personal connection point between us, our inner divinity, and Divinity.
Recalibrate Your Life
When we heal, we recognize that we are not the person we were last year, last month or even yesterday. Through the grace and wisdom of our own Higher Self we can become who were are meant to be. We align with the universe instead of fighting against the tides of life. This is where the true Spiral Soul Alchemy comes into play . We let go of what we no longer need and transmute it through our heart and soul by surrendering to what is.
Surrendering to what is has a unique energy of its own and brings us to a place of better understanding and acceptance of ourselves.
Surrendering to what is does not mean you become a victim of circumstance. What we are giving up are the illusory beliefs that we can control everything and that we can make reality different than it is. There can be a sense of great relief when we finally do surrender to what is. As we do, we clear the way for the feelings of ease, calm, and clarity to arise within us. We can relax, knowing that we don’t have to control the tides of life, and we can perceive it as the gift it's meant to be.

Module 1
We begin by going back to the root of who we are. The root of us begins with birth and develops in the first five years of life. The Root Chakra is known as the place of groundedness, stability, security and protection. It is the base or foundation of our higher spiritual development.
Module 1 covers topics such as: Sacred Space, Our Inner Landscapes, Root Chakra and 7 Chakra system, as well as Body Power Animals, Earth Energy Shields, and more. We use these practices as the beginning place for our exploratory process of Spiral Soul Alchemy.
Module 2
As we continue our explorations we begin to uncover limitations and obstacles in our life path. Here we work with the tools we'll learn in this module to help us reduce or clear the boulders blocking the road. We learn ways to empower ourselves with the right holistic methods. We embrace where we've been, and move forward in life with more confidence and connection.
Module 2 covers topics such as: Identify Limitations in Living Grounded, Holistic Tools, Nature Retreat, Aromatherapy & Chakras, Earth Ceremony and more.
Module 3
The goddess in you, also known as the Divine Feminine, is a vast and loving source of insight and abundance. She is magical, mystical and a vibrant essence within you. She is also the light and the shadow, showing us the way to integrate these integral dualistic parts of ourselves, teaching us that our life is more balanced when our light and shadow aspects are both embraced. When we strengthen our inner connections we can trust ourselves, feel more balanced, and feel more positive and powerful every day in creating a life we truly love.
Module 3 covers topics such as: Inner Divinity, The Heart Chakra, Visualization Skills, Heart and Soul Wisdom, Water Ceremony, and more.
Module 4
We seek connection with the goddess so we may live a soul-grounded, heart-centered life that is vibrant and full of abundant opportunities, especially ones we may not have previously considered. When we lose connection with her, we live a life that is not aligned with our soul purpose. We may feel disconnected from our true source of wisdom; we may feel confused or lost at times, stressed out, and probably throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks when we're trying to manifest abundance in our lives.
